SASS Circus Welcomes You

SASS is so much more than just a fitness class, it’s friendship, your safe place, your community, where you will find something new and exciting, your happy place. 

We have strong values, we strongly believe in equality, and we will never judge. We have a 0 tolerance policy when it comes to bullying or bitchiness of any kind. Our community is welcoming and supportive, giving you the opportunity to feel completely at ease.

Many students express concerns and anxiety about joining, but once they do they never look back.

In our Trowbridge Studio, We offer a wide range of classes for children and adults, including aerial hoop, silks, Yoga, Pole dance, and a wide range of fitness classes. Our classes are structured to help you build strength and confidence, but the emphasis is always on fun.

All of our instructors are insured, first aid trained, and highly trained or undergoing training, to a minimum level 2 REPS approved qualification or another appropriate certification for their discipline. All children's instructors are required to have a DBS.
